It’s been a tough week. Not just for me, for all of us. And with so much sadness, and tragedy, and violence in the world today, I really don’t have it in me to pontificate about PR right now.

However, it also happens to be Indian Independence Day. Which means, despite all the horrors in the world, there is something to celebrate.

This video is a few years old, but gosh, it should put a smile on your face… even if you’re not Indian, even if you don’t know the Indian national anthem. Yes, she goes off-key once or twice, but she’s four (ok, was four).

So: happy birthday, India. May you prosper for centuries to come.

Take care, everyone, and have a good weekend.
