There are probably a lot of things we can learn from our Presidents.

Like how to age prematurely…

… and that it’s a bad idea to swat flies on national TV…

… and oh, so much more!

But one of the most important things we can learn from the Presidents is how to live longer.

For example:

1. Don’t ever let something bug you to the point of having a stroke about it.

2. If you’re going to get chilled to the bone, you need to take enough time to rest and get well.

3. Don’t consume excessive quantities of cold food and drink on an overly hot day.

4. If you’re gonna play hard, life will catch up with you.

5. Don’t be President.

In all seriousness…

I don’t know why anyone would want to be President, with all the stress the job brings, but hats off to all of them, regardless of whether they were good or bad office-holders.

After all, it’s because of them that we have what we do today, isn’t it?
